Farcoderma, thanks to the wide range of mixers, can make productions both in pilot (10-15 kg) up to industrial production (5000 kg) of food supplements, cosmetics and medical devices. Raw materials, stored in dedicated areas, are processed according to the GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES (GMP).

A strict control of the certificates of analysis, of the safety data sheets and of the technical data sheets, is performed at each arrival of raw materials and specialized personnel scrupulously follows the manufacturing method in accordance with current regulations. The bulk is evaluated about chemical and physical parameters and, for each batch of finished product, a significant number of samples is taken for sending to external accredited laboratories for microbiological analysis (according to European Pharmacopoeia current edition).

Farcoderma is equipped with automatic or semi-automatic lines for primary and/or secondary packaging, complete and very flexible. The continuous technological growth and the continued investments enable us to offer a service for all types of packaging.
