Biokosmes was born as a cosmetic production laboratory of the Braguti Pharmacy in Lecco and, from the very beginning, under the careful guidance of the young doctor Gianluca Braguti, it stood out for the high level of quality and innovation of its products.

Biokosmes started manufacturing Medical Devices.
2004
Biokosmes further expanded its production facility by moving to new headquarters to support the company’s continued growth.
2007
Biokosmes successfully passed the audits to obtain its first TUV certifications: the ISO9001 and ISO13485, which would be the first ones of many more to come.
2014
Biokosmes merged with one of its youngest clients, Venture Life, creating Venture Life Group.
2014
All the production of UltraDEX, one of the main brands dsitributed by Venture Life Group, was transfered to Biokosmes.
2020
With a growth rate of 37% compared to 2019, in 2020 Biokosmes had a turnover of 25,200,000.00 €
2023
Biokosmes celebrated its 40th Anniversary with a Celebration Day that included activites for the saff of the company and their families.
2025
The group’s seven facilities, enable the manufacturing of nearly all pharmaceutical forms for all categories of health products, including medical devices, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and foods for special medical purposes.
